1. Recruitment Superintendent
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate internal and external recruitment process and ensure that vacant positions fulfilled with people who are suitable to the position in the time manner
Requirements:
• Education background University degree from any discipline preferably from Psychology and holding a license in psychological analysis & Targeted Selection Interviewer
• Having 5 years experience in HR in multinational company, preferably in the recruitment and people development areas 
• Licensed in Targeted Selection Interviewer & in conducting psychological analysis
• Knowledge of competency based HR
• Good problem solving & conceptual thinking
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Teamwork oriented
• Good commad of English both oral & written
• Computer literate in MS Office and Lotus Notes

2. Controlling Team Member
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible in assisting the management to properly maintain Accounting records, system and procedures which will adequately protect all interest related to the business. He also be responsible to prepare timely and valuable product costing information and it’s analysis pf Agreegates & Ready Mix Business as well as to prepare timely supporting data for Accounting and Financial reporting
Requirements:
• Education background University degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
• Experiences min 4 years in product costing of Aggregates and Ready Mix Business, Accounting, and Financial Reporting area plus
• Excellent in Accounting and Finanacial reporting
• Good knowledge in SAP preferably in Controlling Module
• Good in analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Good in managing the team work, dead lines and work load
• Good knowledge of IT based accounting system and applications
• Good command of English both oral & written
• Computer literate in MS Office, Lotus Notes and SAP

3. Marketing / Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to do marketing & customer service activities which more focus on Industrial Waste Generator. The person also responsible to do customer service activities for existing customer. He/She should be focused on target industries & engage new customers
Requirements:
• Education background University degree from any discipline preferably from Chemical Engineering
• Having experience min 1 years in current position
• Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within organization as well as dealing with customer and relevant government agencies
• Experience in waste management industry in capacity of sales and marketing
• Good knowledge of cement process
• Good knowledge of environmental and hazardous substances regulation
• Ability to work with external and internal individuals at any levels
• Waste management business knowledge
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Good command of English both oral & written
• Computer literate in MS Office, and Lotus Notes

4. Area Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to push the bagged cement sales in retail market, manage the distributions and Territory Sales Officer (TSO( within his own control area in order to ensure sales volume, market coverage, market share and profitability are achieved
Requirements:
• Education background University degree preferably from Civil Engineering
• Having experience at least 5-7 years in similiar field
• Good knowledge of business sense
• Good knowledge of cement production process
• Good leadership & presentation skills
• Aggressive & customer oriented
• Ability to organize & prioritize work
• Good report writing skill
• Problem solving ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good time management
• Good command of English, both oral & written
• Computer literate in MS Office, Lotus Notes

5. Territory Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to push the bagged cement sales in retail market, manage and supervise the distributor’s salesman within his/her territory
Requirements:
• Education background university degree preferably from Civil Engineering
• Having experience min 5 years in similiar field
• Good knowledge of business sense
• Good knowledge of coment production process
• Aggresive & customer oriented
• Ability to organize & prioritize work
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good time management
• Hard worker & self motivated
• Teamwork oriented
